FRANK M. SAITO, CPA

Frank M. Saito has over thirty years of experience in providing financial reporting services, including audits, reviews, and compilation, tax, and business advisory services specializing in working with high net worth individuals, small to medium sized closely held businesses, primarily in the Real Estate, Professional Service, Wholesale Distribution, Technology, and Entertainment industries, and Nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Saito graduated from the California State University at Los Angeles in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science with a degree in Accounting, and received his CPA certificate in 1983. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Saito specializes in tax and financial planning for complex transactions and issues, which require financial analysis, creative solutions, strategic planning, and sensitive interpersonal interaction. Mr. Saito is also experienced in Strategic and Succession Planning, Operational Audits, Trust Accounting, Forecast and Projections. Frank has been with Lee, Sperling, Hisamune for over thirty years.

Mr. Saito is very active in the community serving on the executive committee and board of Rotary Club of Glendale and a board member of the foundation of California State University of Los Angeles. In addition, he is an active member of Glendale and San Gabriel Chamber of Commerce.
