In 2021, our car show raised over $67,000 for programs aimed at helping at-risk youth in our community!

On Sunday, September 26, 2021, the Rotary Club of Glendale held it’s 4th Annual Cars for Cops & Kids Car Show. The event was supported by dozens of local businesses and helped raise over $70,000 for at-risk youth and mental health programs in the city of Glendale.

The event drew over 200 cars to the green grass of Verdugo Park and attendees were treated to gourmet burgers, pizza, and ice cold beer. Children enjoyed a rock wall and various games throughout the park. The Police and Fire chiefs were there along with dozens of officers and firefighters to mingle with the crowds and enjoy the beautiful day with the community.

State Assemblywoman Laura Friedman, Mayor Paula Devine, and several members of Glendale’s city council were present to meet and greet with their constituents. John Dolmayan, drummer of System of A Down was present to support the event and sign autographs for his fans.

In the end, the car show really is about the cars and once again it drew some extremely rare and exotic cars from all over Southern California.
We’re truly grateful to all of our amazing sponsors who helped us raise funds for this important cause and to the hundreds of car registrants who helped make the event a success! We hope to see you again next year for an even bigger and better car show!
